    Review of 2023

    We started the year 2023 with a weekend at our friend’s house on the outskirts of Borås, where we spent New Year’s with great food, wine, and laughter. Quite a good way to start the new year, don’t you think? But other than that, January was spent mostly at home. In late February we went back to Bologna in Italy for the second time.     We spent a weekend in Turin

    We have quite recently been in the city of Turin, which is in the northwestern parts of Italy, in the region called Piedmont. The city of Turin is mostly known for its Fiat cars, Juventus FC, chocolate, the Olympic games, and their collection of Egyptian artifacts. But if we’re being really honest, that’s not really why we were there… we were just in for a weekend to visit some local trattorias to enjoy the cuisine.
