Tapas @ Exit

During one of our daytrips to Stockholm in Sweden, we were searching for a good tapas bar, and we found Exit lounge and bar located in the southern parts of the city. It’s super easy to get there from the center of the city, I am guessing it will take you about 7 minutes to walk there from the subway station Stockholm Södra. The address is Götgatan 53, just type it into GoogleMaps, and you’ll see how easy it is to get there.

They don’t only serve tapas at Exit lounge and bar, but that’s what we were in the mood for so that’s what we got. And c’mon, after looking at the images, can you blame us?

We ordered Patatas Bravas, Fried potato wedges with some aioli and tomato salsa. Arranchinim, Breaded and fried mushroom risotto with truffle mayo, Västerbotten cheese. Carpaccio, which is Beef fillet with arugula, pine nuts, parmesan, and lemon. Gambas al ajillo, Sizzled prawns in garlic and chili. Bruschetta jambon serrano, Grilled bread with tomato, basil, olive oil, Serrano. Banderillas, Beef fillet skewers, and some more aioli. It all tasted amazing but the one thing that really got to me was the fried mushroom risotto, I have never tried that before but I am going to keep ordering it wherever I can find it, it truly is a new favorite of mine. Amazeballs! Just to top it off, we ordered a large pot of rose Sangria which was served with grapefruit, green apples, and cinnamon sticks.

Anyways, as we were checking out the menu I saw that they had a fresh grilled tuna, which is something that I have always enjoyed. My all-time favorite fish. I would love to go back and try that one out.

So if you find yourself wondering the streets of the southern Stockholm and are in the mood for some good tapas, I do recommend that you try out Exit lunge and bar.
